We are hiring a Strategic Account Manager in Norway toexpand the impact of our growing portfolios in Respiratory & Immunology.

About the role
As a field-based Strategic Account Manager at AstraZeneca, you will have the responsibility and freedom to influence strategy and execution in high‑potential areas. You will play a pivotal role in identifying local and regional business opportunities, executing projects and sustainability initiatives, and driving changes in care delivery to ensure more patients receive guideline‑directed medical therapies.
We are seeking a candidate who:
Has experience with biologics or strong relationships with lung specialists, focusing on hospitals and specialist clinics to prioritize and differentiate AstraZeneca’s brands.
Takes strategic ownership to identify local/regional opportunities and drive cross‑functional account strategies that meet commercial objectives.
Operates across South/West Norway, coordinating activities and removing adoption barriers along the patient pathway.
Works closely cross‑functionally and with the local brand team to tailor strategies per account/stakeholder, delivering effective omni‑channel plans and execution.
Leverages analytics, market and customer insights, uses Veeva to track interactions, personalize engagement, forecast sales, provides science‑ and value‑based selling highlighting clinical, economic, and patient outcomes.
Builds and maintains strategic partnerships across the therapeutic ecosystem, stays current on industry trends, market dynamics, and healthcare policies.
Keeps patient‑centricity central, supporting Shared Care projects and sustainability initiatives that improve outcomes and access.

Essential Experience:
Academic degree or equivalent in Business or Healthcare.
Minimum 3 years in healthcare sectors or pharmaceutical industry.
Proven expertise in driving sales execution and excelling in customer-facing interactions.
Shown project management skills and understanding of omnichannel execution.
Data-driven insights to drive performance and innovative ways of working for long-term strategic fit.
Excellent local language and English skills, with strong presentation and stakeholder influence abilities.
Strong understanding of the Norwegian healthcare system, pharma industry, and health economics.
Comfortable with digital tools like remote e-detailing and Veeva-approved emails.
Growth and adaptive approach to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Valid driver’s license.
